addedtoanetwork.Servicesandcapabilitiesofferedbynetworkeddevices,suchasprintingandle
sharing,areavailableamongeachotherwithouttheneedforcumbersomenetworkconguration.In
the case of Network Cameras, you will see Network Camera shortcuts under My Network Places.
►EnablingUPnPportforwardingallowstheNetworkCameratoopenasecondaryHTTPportonthe
router-not HTTP port-meaning that you have to add the secondary HTTP port number to the Network
Camera’s publicaddress inordertoaccess theNetworkCamera fromtheInternet. Forexample,
when the HTTP port is set to 80 and the secondary HTTP port is set to 8080, refer to the list below for
the Network Camera’s IP address.
►If thePPPoEsettingsare incorrectly configuredortheInternet accessis notworking,restore the
Network Camera to factory default; please refer to Restore on page 91 for details. After the Network
Camera is reset to factory default, it will be accessible on the LAN.
